We are actively recruiting the following position(s):

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer site; use electrical/mechanical skills to set up, install, start up, or repair equipment
  • Test RexCon’s equipment and controls to ensure that they meet specifications and the needs of our customers
  • Train customers on the operation of RexCon equipment and control systems
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting any equipment or control problems
  • After each site visit, log all expenses and write report
  • Possible international travel

Education and Experience:

  • Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Familiar with computers and Microsoft Software
  • Basic welding and torching skills
  • Understands AC & DC power sources and related components
  • Able to measure all levels of voltage as well as current

IT ADMINISTRATOR

Summary:

This position responds to system incidents, provides ongoing technical support, and delivers new technologies and capabilities to users across the organization.  The employee would be in charge of all IT systems and would serve as the main point of contact for all user questions and issues.  The network consists of approximately 50 workstations and servers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The employee will take ownership of the following systems/processes:

  • Access Security & Cameras
  • Antivirus Deployment, malware removal, and damage mitigation
  • ERP software maintenance and support
  • Software Installation, troubleshooting and contract management
  • Support printers, phones, and fax machines
  • Network performance
  • Company wide Backups and Security Updates
  • Identify, Research, Troubleshoot, and resolve incidents of computers, servers, printers, copiers, and software
  • Upgrade Hardware and Software
  • Prior Help Desk preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows-based computers, servers, and networking

An individual with initiative and desire to support his/her colleagues is required. We are looking for someone who can bring advanced IT skills and experience to the job.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for design of new steel structures.
  • Review current structures that already exist.
  • Create Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for drawing revisions, making new drawings and designing new products for equipment.
  • Create models using CAD design software.
  • Help the engineering department with projects.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Civil Engineering required.
  • 0-2 years in structural design work experience is required.
  • Must be able to read, interpret, and use customer-supplied documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • CAD system experience is required.
  • Experience in structural design and making drawings.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and capable of self-checking for completeness and accuracy of work produced.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to contribute in design reviews.
  • Experience with RISA and Solidworks is a plus.

Mechanical Assembler

Currently hiring for 1st and 2nd shift mechanical assemblers. Previous mechanical assembly experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble machines used in the heavy construction industry using hand and power tools
  • Oprates overhead cranes, forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Weld, grind, and use pneumatic power tools
  • Analyze engineering drawings and build to print
  • Hitch rig, roll, flip and move large equipment
  • Load trucks for shipping

Qualifications

  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
  • Frequently required to lift from a ladder or platform
  • Required to stand 90% of the time
  • Attention to detail
  • Mechanical aptitude.

Electrical Assembler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical junction boxes and panel
  • Wire construction equipment including 480 VAC motors and MCCs
  • Read electrical prints to determine what work needs to be implemented
  • Perform these functions with a high level of quality and safety practices
  • Plant wiring

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1 or more years of related factory experience
  • Understanding of:
    • “hot”, “neutral”, and “safety ground”
    • AC power sources (single phase, three phase)
    • Related equipment (circuit breakers, transformers, power factor correction, uninterruptable power supplies, etc.)
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Effectively communicate with others

Parts Representative

Summary

Under the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Representative is responsible for utilizing knowledge of product line equipment to assist customers in placing orders for replacement parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Determine customer needs and process parts orders from telephone, email, and fax requests
  • Advise customers on availability of replacement parts
  • Expedite orders
  • Edit requisitions, receiving slips, invoices; investigate errors

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical background, preferably in construction equipment field
  • Excellent phone etiquette – must be comfortable talking to customers
  • Able to read blueprints, manuals, and drawings
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Punctual
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Should be customer service driven
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multi-task
